For Joe, living in a rural area in the NW corner of Iowa provided a young mind with the opportunity to experience life’s simplicity. Having the freedom of the open spaces and all the adventures that came with that environment created many memories. One gained both independence and responsibility, values that fostered personal growth, maturity, and social relationships.

Kansas State University graduate. Following college, he operated his own farming business for 14 years.
Employed in the corporate world for another 25 years.
During that same timeframe, he owned/operated his own business, The Works by Joe, LLC, a handyman service. He constructed unique projects for his customers.
